This theme explores how technology can optimise mining operations, modernise national energy grids, secure water systems, and strengthen environmental compliance, driving both economic stability and sustainable development. 

2. Africa’s Digital Workforce: Skills, Jobs, and Women’s Leadership

Strong digital nations require secure public infrastructure, resilient cybersecurity, and citizen-centric service delivery. This sub-theme explores e-government transformation, secure identity systems, digital trust frameworks, and the future of public-sector ICT leadership across Africa.
