7. Can I propose a topic or speaker for the conference?

Yes, TICON Africa welcomes suggestions for topics and speakers. Nominations will open soon. You can submit proposals via our website before the specified deadline. 

8. Will Wi-Fi be available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees at the conference venue. 

9. Will meals accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes, we provide meal options for common dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.). Please specify your preferences during registration. 

10. What should I wear to the conference?

Business casual or traditional African attire is recommended. Attire for cultural events and the gala dinner will be specified in your welcome package.

Registration, Travel & Packages

1. How can I register for the conference?

Registration details and links will be available on the official TICON Africa website. Early bird registration opens soon, so stay tuned for updates. 

2. What is included in my conference package?

Your conference package includes: 

  • Access to all keynote sessions, panel discussions, and workshops. 
  • Conference materials. 
  • Networking opportunities. 
  • Lunch during conference days. 
  • Conference dinners and event galas. 
3. Does the conference package include accommodation?

No, accommodation is not included in the conference package. Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Recommended hotels and special conference rates will be shared on our website. 

4. Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the conference venue?

Transportation options, including shuttles from select hotels, will be communicated closer to the event. 

5. Are flights included in the conference package?

No, flights are not included. Delegates are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements. 

6. Do I need a visa to attend the conference?

VISA requirements depend on your nationality. Please check with the Ghanaian embassy or consulate in your country for VISA requirements and processing times. 

7. Will TICON Africa provide VISA invitation letters?

Yes, registered delegates can request a VISA invitation letter to support their application. Please email us at  info@ticonafrica.org after completing your registration. 

Payments & Refunds

1. What payment methods are accepted for registration?

Through our PayPal payment gateway, we accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments where applicable. More details will be available on the registration page. 

2. What is the refund policy if I cannot attend?

Refunds are available under specific conditions. Requests made 60 days before the event may qualify for a full or partial refund. 

3. Are there early bird discounts or group rates available?

Yes, early bird discounts are available for those who register before a specified deadline. Additionally, group discounts may apply for organisations registering multiple attendees. Specific pricing details will be provided on the TICON Africa website when registration opens. 

4. What happens if the event is postponed or cancelled?
  • If postponed, registrations will automatically transfer to the new dates, with the option to request a refund. 
  • If cancelled, attendees may receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the next conference. 
  • Specific refund policies will be detailed in the terms and conditions upon registration. 
5. Will I receive an invoice or receipt for my payment?

Yes, an automated invoice/receipt will be emailed after successful payment. If you require a customised invoice for corporate reimbursement, please contact info@ticonafrica.org with your request.
