Through its 2025–2027 Strategic Plan, ICTAZ aims to shift focus from institutional establishment to accelerating the delivery of measurable value, cementing its role as a central partner in Zambia’s digital and economic transformation. 

Zambia’s digital transformation efforts gained momentum this week with the official launch of the ICT Association of Zambia’s (ICTAZ) 2025–2027 Strategic Plan. The initiative was unveiled by the Minister of Technology and Science, Hon. Felix Mutati, who praised ICTAZ for its growing influence in the region and its role in positioning Zambia as a competitive player in Africa’s technology landscape.
