Prof. McBagonluri calls for technology, entrepreneurship blend curriculum

Dr Clement Sinyangwe is the President of the ICT Association of Zambia (ICTAZ) and Head of ICT at Chalimbana University. With over 20 years of experience in the ICT sector, including 16 years in management roles, Dr Sinyangwe is a respected leader in Zambia’s digital transformation efforts.  

His extensive experience spans across both public and private sectors, having previously served as Deputy ICT Manager at Zambia Daily Mail and as a seasoned lecturer at university level. 
 
As President of ICTAZ, he has played a major role in shaping Zambia’s ICT policy, with a focus on professional standards and digital ethics.  
His leadership extends to his role as Chairperson of the ICT and Digitalisation Technical Working Group under Zambia’s Public-Private Dialogue Forum, where he collaborates with industry stakeholders to foster innovation and sustainable growth in the country’s digital infrastructure. 
 
Dr Sinyangwe’s dedication to advancing ICT education, governance, and ethical practices has earned him recognition both locally and internationally.  
 
His work in digital transformation projects and his passion for ICT ethics continue to elevate Zambia’s status as a regional leader in technology and innovation.
