Elizabeth Ntege serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the ICT Association of Uganda (ICTAU), leading the charge in Uganda’s ICT sector.
 
As Group CEO of NFT Consult, NFT Mobility, and NFT Ignite, she has spearheaded the expansion of operations across 12 countries in East and Southern Africa, driving NFT into a leading social enterprise in the HR sector.
 
Her strategic leadership in the Oil and Gas, Finance, IT, and Telecom industries has empowered businesses to adopt transformative HR solutions, contributing to sustainable employment across the continent. 
   
 
Elizabeth’s visionary approach to business management, combined with her expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR management, has enabled her to successfully navigate complex industry challenges.  
 
By fostering trust with key stakeholders and mentoring future leaders, she ensures that NFT Consult continues to thrive in the evolving digital economy. Her work has been integral in aligning business strategies with HR practices to promote efficiency and growth.
